Rosie was rescued from a high kill shelter in South Jersey when her time was up. She is in our Program and doing great. She is a shy little girl with humans and must have been abused at some point. Rosie is 1 old and has alot of puppy energy. She will need someone who wants to help continue with her training. She is spayed and up to date on all her shots. Because of her shyness, it is recommended she be adopted to a family with older children. Rosie is in a foster home right now.
