Ruby - Delaware

Ruby is currently in Wilmington, DE, she loves car rides. A mix of black lab, rottie and pitbull. Spayed up to date. Not getting along with young Irish female in the house. I do have pics. Anyone know someone who can foster, adopt or maybe a rescue who may be able to help? About 60 lbs., black dog. This is Ruby. She is seven years old. She has been around dogs, her whole entire life. She is the third of the sisters, my two recently passed away. Anyway, she’s always been fine but months ago she got into a huge fight with.Nymeria and I just don’t trust the two. I don’t know what the dynamic issue is there but there’s no way I’m taking any chances. She definitely does do well with older dogs or no dogs in the house. She is very calm, doesn’t really like to be outside. She just likes to go do her thing and come back in. Obviously she’s potty trained housetrained, she likes to be a couch potato and likes to follow you around the house everywhere and be by your side. She is a great guard dog. And I really need to rehome her because it makes life very difficult here for my husband when I’m not home, not that they are together, but just a lot of extra work, because we keep her in my office, but truth be it, it’s breaking my heart to keep her separated from the living room space because she watches from the glass office doors. We do take shift turns hanging out with her in there or hanging out with her outside for a few minutes but like I said she doesn’t like being outside. Oh, the other thing is she is on medication because she is terrified of fireworks and Thunderstorms. She paces and she hides, but with the medication it has been a world of a difference in a positive way.
