'Rueben'is a very loving and handsome Carolina Dog mix about 1.5yrs old. Rueben was lost around a parking lot where he appeared lost and was trying to find someone to go home with. He was very frightened when he came to the shelter but offered us gentle kisses as he began to trust our caring staff. Rueben can now be found basking in the sun or curled up with his teddy bear. This sweet boy is good with other nice dogs, somewhat afraid of cats and will do well with children 8+yrs. He would love a home where he can continue to work on basic obedience and never have to worry about being abandoned again. Rueben is current on vaccinations, appears potty trained and is doing better at not pulling while walking on a leash. He has not tried to jump up since he has been here and does very well in his kennel. Please come meet this handsome boy today!
