We do require a securely fenced yard (NO underground fences) and a home visit for all of our available dogs.
Rusty is an 8yr old red boy, his owner surrendered him at the shelter when she couldn't care for him. He is neutered, vaccinated, heart worm negative and microchipped. Rusty doesn't do well with large dogs and would do best with a small female dogs or as an only dog.
Rusty is a bit of a nipper especially when you want him to do something he doesn’t want to do. Not suggested for a family with kids.
Rusty is a sweet boy and does mark in the house so he will need a home with a doggy door or someone that will keep a belly band (male diaper) on him while he's in the house.
He has been playing with some of our small females here at the rescue since he was returned due to the marking from his adoption back in June of 23.
