Rusty is a 12 year old senior collie that was turned in by his owners to a kill shelter because he was in the advanced stages of heartworm disease. Well, HCR could not let this devoted senior be pts. Rusty has successfully finished heartworm treatment and is ready for adoption. He is a sweet and very well behaved.
