Sadie is an exceptionally beautiful Black and Tan German Shepherd Dog female who is just over 2 years old.
Sadie was surrender to CSR by her owner because the activities of the family are keeping them away from home longer and longer as the children become more involved with their sports.
Unlike most of our rescue GSDs, Sadie has a name and she is well nourished and has a good sturdy muscle mass. This is a delight to have a dog come to me in seeming good health.
Sadie is young and active, she loves to run and jump and play with the other German Shepherd Dogs here at the "Stella's Shepherds" division of Canine Shelter Rescue. Sadie especially enjoys playing with Judah, Mom's big handsome GSD male who is the gentle alpha of the pack.
Sadie is very attentive and will do especially well and enjoy some basic obedience training. Sadie is learning to "Come", "Sit", take treats "Gently" and to walk on lead with out pulling. Sadie enjoys car rides.
She will be a wonderful, loyal, intelligent companion for her person.
Sadie has a sweet gentle personality that will continue to bloom as she matures. She does well in the company of smaller dogs as well.
As much as the lovely Sadie, enjoys the company of her canine friends, she craves the companionship of people more. She is very loving and enjoys attention and praise. Again, Sadie will be quick to learn lessons with her person.
Sadie needs to be inside with her people. She enjoys being with folks of all ages. Sadie will not eliminate in the house. She will wait to be let out to “go potty”.
