Sadie Mae is a German short-hair pointer/Australian Sheppard mix. She is estimated to be 1 1/2 to 2 years old and has had regular vet visits. They believe she is neutered due to some scars but can’t be 100% with x-rays from what we've been told. She has never been in heat thus far so we are quite sure she is neutered. She is on Heartguard preventative once a month and is in great overall health. She did have a shoulder injury of some kind when she was rescued, but it has healed and she rarely limps or favors the leg. Sadie is VERY lovable and would love to be an inside lap dog if the decision was up to her. She will let you love and pet on her for hours. She has a LOT of energy and could benefit from a home with another dog or someone who would be able to spend a lot more time training and/or walking her. She is very gentle with her fosters 3 and 7 year old but she is a JUMPER to get your attention. She still will chew on things if left out but she has pretty much passed the destructive phase thankfully. She is a wonderful dog and has so much love to give to.
