Sam

Sam Sam is 2 to 3 years old and weighs 10 pounds. He is a terrier mix pup. He is just a sweet guy. He was scared and growled at 1st when he was pulled from the shelter. He decompressed for a little bit once he come into the rescue. He is now a velcro love bug. He wants to be with his foster mom all the time. Sam does have heartworms and has been doing the slow kill method for them. If you have any questions about this please feel free to ask. Sam is a funny guy. He stole a half case of water from his foster moms shelf the other day a took off across the livingroom with it. Not sure what the plan was for that. He loves to play with toys and can make anything a toy. He acts like a puppy! He has to have a smooth fenced yard. A privacy fenced yard would be best. He can climb a 6 foot chainlink fence and escape. He really shouldn't be left alone in a yard. He is great with other dogs his size or smaller. Her prefers not to be around large or extra large pups. I think they scare him. Sam is very playful and loves toys. He dreams of a massive toy box he can play in all day. He is also very happy to lay on the couch and cuddle. He has a pretty good balance of playful and cuddly. He would be better suited in a home with older children (teenagers) or no children at all. He is working on his house training. Unfortunately he was just neutered and needs help learning hiking his leg is unacceptable. Belly bands help with this.
