Samson (04-025) was given up by his former owner due to a bad family situation. He is a red & white boy who is 18 months old. He's crate-trained and house-trained. Samson is just a beautiful, well-behaved basset with a lot of puppy left in him. He is used to being with his previous owner 24/7, going to work with her, and every where else she would go. He loves to ride in the car but needs a seatbelt because he really likes to help drive. He loves to play and go for walkies as much as possible. Samson gets along with all 5 of the hounds in the foster family and is having a great time with the boys in the house. He even behaves well with cats. Samson will be a great addition to any family but he probably would be happier in a family with another dog to keep him company and/or with a family with a stay at home member.
