Meet sweet Sandie who just made the journey up from MO to get to PALS so she can have a chance to find her furever fambly. She is settling in like the lovely princess she is - currently staying in foster care and here's what her foster mom has to say about her:

"Here is the gal I picked up this AM. She is all bathed and resting from her big morning. She is the sweetest girl! She was a little nervous about my crew with her tail between her legs....but then perked right up when she realized they were all friendly. She let me give her a bath no trouble. She laid down in the car the whole trip, except the first 10 minutes when she was sniffing about.

All they know is she was found as a stray, no one claimed her, and they had no room, so she was slated to be put down. She has had a litter of puppies recently, not sure what happened to them, given the limited information we know. She was great with my daughter, wagged her tail and let her pet her, no problem. I have not had her around the cats yet, but will see how that goes later. She is loving being outside and taking a nap in the sunshine. She has great markings, nice triangular head, but small in stature for a pure-bred saint. Her coat is smooth and short-hair."

ADOPTION DONATIONS: Adoption donations for PALS animals go directly either to medical care for those or other furkids in need, or towards maintenance, supplies, and improvement of the newly-built shelter!
