My Story

Sandy is a real sweetheart! She loves to go on walks when it is not raining and loves toride in the car. She is a cuddle bug in the evenings. Since Sandy has been in my home, she has had many vet appointments (bloodwork, dental, spay and mammary massremovals that were all benign). She gets along very well with our senior cat and loves tomother our foster kittens! Sandy is feeling like a new dog. As she has begun to feelbetter her personality is coming out! She does not like to go outside to potty when it rains.Like most cockers she has ear infections which are being addressed by her vet. Sandyprefers women over men, but is never aggressive with men. Sandys history: She was found as a stray in a known dump area in Oklahoma. Her coatwas overgrown, matted, and full of burrs. She was in great need of veterinary care. Shehas come a long way since being rescued and for probably the first time in her life hasfound acceptance and companionship in her loving foster home. She will make a veryloving family dog.
