Meet Sasha, a 12-year-old, 6 1/2 pound Chihuahua who had a rough start but has blossomed into a sweet and loving companion. When we rescued her from the shelter, she had no hair, and her skin resembled an elephant's. Now, thanks to regular vet visits and lots of care, Sasha's skin is improving, and she's ready for her forever home.
Sasha loves to snuggle, find cozy spots, and burrow under blankets. Despite her tiny size, she has plenty of spunk and enjoys being carried around or sitting in your lap. She is house trained and fully vetted.
Sasha has many good years ahead of her, and those who adopt seniors know that it's the quality of time that matters most. Though our time with senior pets may be shorter, the love and joy they bring make every moment worthwhile.
