Meet Shadow!
Shadow is a sweet boy who came to our rescue because his loving owners passed away. He is a big boy at 80 lbs and an affectionate sweetie who is confused to why he ended up in our rescue. Shadow is house trained and walks well on the leash. He likes other dogs and is sweet to the kitties in the rescue. He has lived with kiddos in the past! He is a catch and is hoping to find a home soon!
The NAWS Dog Adoption Program operates as a rescue versus a shelter. We believe in matching the right dog with the appropriate family based on each specific dog or family's needs. To achieve this, we believe in spending the appropriate amount of time with each family to allow for enough interaction time with potential adopters. This cannot be achieved if people stop by unexpectedly to meet our dogs. Please submit an application at www.NAWSUS.org under the Pet Adoption tab to setup a day or time to meet with one of our adoption counselors and our potential adoptees. Thank you!
