How do you do? I'm Shyla! It's a pleasure to introduce myself to you. I came from a shelter in Cedar Rapids, Iowa. How did I get to the shelter you ask? I was a stray wandering in the woods alone and frightened. A nice couple found me and brought me to the shelter. When I got to the shelter I met a really nice volunteer who fell in love with me. Unfortunately she couldn't keep me because she has lots of dogs already, but she did give me my name, Shyla. She said she named me that because I was frightened and shy when I got to the shelter. Happily Ever After tells me my name no longer fits since I got here because I am now very outgoing and friendly. I absolutely love having a good time. I do this by playing with plush toys and throwing them around and by running around and getting my back scratched by people.
