Sweet Sinatra A beautiful young overlooked dog who’s had 0 interest. He has been in our program for almost a year and a half now and he was just returned from his foster back to boarding due to a life change. Sinatra is a husky mix who was struck by a car and laid on the cold ground for 3 days unable to move as he slowly faded away. When we rescued him, he had a broken leg and a fractured pelvis, head trauma and he was heartworm positive. We carefully saw him through physical therapy and recovery and he blossomed into a happy, healthy, friendly and stunning dog. And now he sits in a boarding facility sad and family less. Sinatra needs a semi patient owner who understands huskies. He must be crated when you're not home and he cannot have access to bedding or he tears it up. He loves other dogs and has done well with children. He is very rarely vocal like most huskies but when he is it's because he really needs something. He has never attempted to jump the fence but his recall isnt great unless he has dog friends. When he wants to do something, it's on his terms so having dog friends would be beneficial to him and his future family as he will follow the pack. He is approx 2.5 years old and 50 lbs. Sinatras bones are all healed and he has been treated for heartworms. He is neutered, vaccinated and current on prevention. His adoption fee is $100. right now he is located in Tulsa ok but can be adopted anywhere in the united states. Please get this poor boy into a foster or adoptive home so he doesn't decline. We really love him and want him to be a happy boy.
