Skarlet did not have a great start to life. She came to Angels with her son Johnny Papa. They do not need to be adopted together but would not mind it.
Skarlet is an 8-10-pound Chihuahua who was not socialized. She is very scared and takes time to warm up to new people, and she prefers women. Once she trusts you, she is very sweet and loves to play and snuggle.
Skarlet's perfect home would be a female home with the experience, time, and patience to help an unsocialized dog. She will also need an adult household.
Skarlet is fine with other small, submissive dogs.
