Skipper

- NO DOGGIE DOORS DOB: 1/14/2020 Weight: 12# He is vaccinated, dewormed, defleaed, neutered, microchipped with lifetime registration to the rescue, heartworm negative (Jan 2023) and on monthly prevention, etc. Skipper came into animal control as a stray. He was wearing a tattered hoodie, swarming with fleas, had alot of hair loss and infections etc. He was heartworm positive and required heartworm treatment. He was neglected in every way possible. He is now a happy and healthy boy. He is good on walks, in the car, great in a playgroup and loves to rough house as well as snuggle on the sofa. He's got a decent amount of energy and can be bouncy and barky and mouthy. He's a little man that would be best with a minpin savvy home without small children or large dogs. If there are any fencing issues, make sure that repairs are done prior to the home visit. Typically, the adoption is finalized the day after the home visit and meet and greet. Out of area adopters would need to drive/fly in to meet the dogs and adopt.
