They call me Smiley Cyrus, because I'm the HAPPIEST boy but I come in like a wrecking ball!
Smiley is a 40 lb. basset hound mix around 2 years old. He is kid-friendly and dog-friendly, but not good with cats.
He is housebroken. He hasn't had any accidents in his foster home. He will walk on a leash but his leash manners could use some polishing up. He needs a martingale collar or a well-fitted harness because he's an expert at escaping regular collars.
He's honestly an expert at escaping a lot of things. Smiley has separation anxiety and doesn't like to be left alone. He will sleep in a crate but probably couldn't be trusted to be outside without direct supervision. He will go on grand adventures and he's faster than he looks.
Smiley would love a home with an active adopter who also loves adventures. Walks in the woods and playing in the creek are at the top of his list.
