Sophie

7/1/06: Sophie is blooming into a beautiful terrier girl with lots of bounce per ounce! She is very sweet and would do well in an active family. She enjoys the company of the other dogs as well as people and cats of all shapes and sizes. Unfortunately for her, however, there are soo many others that we are trying to find homes for at this time so she isn't getting a lot of one on one time that she longs for and deserves. If you're looking for a large terrier to fit your active lifestyle, we think Sophie will be perfect for you! Sophie is crate trained,and house broke.
5/27/06: Sophie is Tubby's sister and a terrier mix ~4mos old who had no luck being placed by her former owner. She is 36# now and full of Spirit and Vinegar! just as terriers typically are... She will be big when full grown probably 60+# so a fenced yard or active family would be perfect for her. She is guaranteed to keep you laughing should you decide to make her a membersof your own family...haven't you always a fuzzy wuzzy of your own??? She has been vaccinated, dewormed, deflead and started on heartworm preventative, examined and spayed..She gets along with other dogs (especially active ones) ,cats and children ..but due to her large size and personality we think she is a bit TOOO much big puppy for a small child(under 10). The adoption donation for Sophie is $225 to cover a portion of her veterinary fees.

Adoptions limited to a 500 mile radius of Pulaski, NY and pets must be viewed in person by all family members prior to adoption; animals will not be shipped to their new homes.
