Spencer is a scared sweet little boy rescued from a kill shelter. He is approx 3 years old. Before the shelter, he was owned by an older man who had too many dogs. This frightened little boy needs a safe home to enjoy his life!!! He is 20 lbs. He has cute little black spots on his belly and nose Spencer will be at the adoption day on November 21st at the Purrfect Pet. (Not before that day.)
