Spice - this gal needs a home!

This dog is currently out of state but will be transported to New England shortly with no additional travel costs. The long distance adoption process includes talking to the foster they are living with in the south. Thank you!** Meet Spice - a one and a half year old, 40 pound, Jack Russell Terrier/Boxer mix gal. Spice and her sister Sugar are owner surrendered sisters from Tennessee, rescued from a sad living situation. How have these beautiful pups been looking for forever homes for over SIX MONTHS now. Well we hope these new amazing pictures change that! Her foster shares "Spice is a gorgeous girl with beautiful markings. She is submissive, but does have a spicy attitude sometimes and will let you know what she thinks about things! It is very endearing! Overall, she has a very calm and relaxed demeanor especially when she knows she is in a safe place/at home. She has done very with potty training and is good in her crate. She still needs a little work on leash skills but is easy to train. She already knows sit as well. She is great with other dogs and meets new people very well. She hasn't been around kids here but we think she will do well. She would love an active family to keep her part of the action. She is very gentle and loving...with a little side of sass!
