Hi, my name is STAR and I was bequeathed to rescue after my owner died of cancer. I'm a happy girl and very enthusiastic. I have a happy bark and a rapidly wagging tail. I am spayed and approx 8 yrs old. The rescue lady thinks I'm mixed with "Jack Rabbit" because I'm a bouncing girl. I could also be mixed with Samoyed or Collie. Don't be fooled by my age, it has nothing on me I have plenty of energy and can run circles around most dogs. I am housebroken, love to go for walks and play in my little blue wading pool but, I really need to be an only dog. I get a little possessive of my family and I don't like to share them. The rescue lady wants me in an adult home. As you can see from the photo I've had knee surgery. I had my anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) repaired and I'm fully recovered. I am looking for someone who will love me the rest of my life...is that you?
