This is STAR! She is our newest rescue, found on the side of the road in mid February 2023! She is estimated to be 4 month-ish months old and 14 pounds as of mid-April She’s a very sweet pup! She is currently with her rescuers and foster family (who ADORE her)! She enjoys romping in the backyard with the family’s daughter, learning to play “chase” and just learning about life! She loves kids and gets along with other dogs! We think she would do very well in a home with a cat because she is young and friendly! Essentially, Star is just a sweet, happy go lucky dog who is looking forward to meeting her forever family! Please ask about a video of her if interested! Once an adopter is fully approved, transport will be arranged to New York/New Jersey. We strive for our dogs to be adopted into the right home. The best fit for the dog is our priority. We ask that you please make sure if interested in a puppy or high energy breed that you are ready for this time consuming/daily endeavor and have patience as this is a long term commitment (could be 15+ years). Please make sure you are ready to properly exercise and give a dog all it needs for fulfillment. Your ongoing time and day-to-day commitment is the most important thing in caring for a dog. In addition we cannot guarantee breed of any dog or expected adult size of a puppy. Please note that even house trained dogs will need help transitioning to an adopters home and schedule.
