SUSIE aka ANK-SU- Needs a foster/forever home!

Ank-Su is a 3 year old Lab & Terrier mix rescued from a hoarding situation. She has been in a temporary foster home since mid-May. When she came to the rescue she was sick and grumpy, but is now healthy and happy. Ank-Su has a very sweet and loving temperament. She is good on walks, loves playing in water, affectionate and she believes squirrels should not be allowed in the yard!!! Has lived with other dogs. Unknown how she is with cats. Children 10 years old and older. Her forever home is required to have a totally enclosed physically fenced yard. Ank-Su is spayed, vaccinated, on heartworm preventative as well as house and crate trained. Ank-Su is very excited to start the next chapter in her life with her forever family who will love and cherish her for the rest of her life!! All dogs we rescue stay with us until they find their forever homes. We do not do same day adoptions. A home visit is required to ensure our dog is going to a safe environment and our dog gets along with your dog(s) and/or cat(s). We require all our dogs over the age of 1 year attend 1 obedience class (6 week session) outside the home. You must live within 1 hour of Birmingham, MI to adopt one of our dogs.
