My name is Tank and I am a super happy, energetic, and loving boy! I am 62 pounds of love and snuggles! I love love love being by my humans, be it on the couch laying with you or at your feet while you are cooking dinner. I love to play, I don’t care if it’s a nice game of tug with you or fetch in the yard. I have discovered with my foster parents that I love walks! My downside is that I am under-socialized and I get overly excited when I am in new situations, with new dogs or people. When meeting new people or dogs, I need to meet them slowly, often several times to feel comfortable. Once I get to know you, then I will love you! I am potty trained and crate trained. I am really proud to say that I just completed a six-week board and train program, where I sharpened my skills on how to sit, lay, shake, heel and place. I would do best with a strong handler, someone who will be willing to continue with my training. I would like a family that will provide me with structure and boundaries. I am looking forward to continuing with my training as I will do just about anything for a treat or peanut butter!! I love learning new things. I have a very high prey drive so I cannot live with cats. I currently live with one other dog and I love it! I need to be supervised when I am outside. Please fill out an application to meet me.
