Please meet our Golden Retriever Tanner, who is at least fourteen years old . He arrived into Rescue as he was found as a stray wandering the streets and ended up in a shelter. He was set to be euthanized due to lack of space. Tanner is one amazing soul, who is just so greatful and loving. However, he is sadly completely blind and heartworm positive. The vet we took him to stated that treating him for the heartworms would be too hard on his body, so he is set to live out his life in his foster home in Cape May Court House on a sanctuary basis. If there is any possible way that you could donate to the rescue to assist with his care, he would greatly appreciate it. Despite his age and medical conditions, he continues to love life and act like a golden retriever in every single way.
