Hi, my name is Texan Tookie, and I'm an adorable GSD mix puppy with an estimated DOB of 5/12/24, who was transferred with my littermates, from a shelter that was tight on space and the clock was running out. We just arrived in CO and I'm currently living in a foster home where I'm receiving the care and guidance I need. My foster mom describes me as a sweet and gentle boy who loves to be cuddled and held. I already know "sit" and I'm working on potty training. In fact, I've learned how to ring the bell next to the door to let my foster mom know that I need to go out. I love to play with toys, and I also love to be where my people are, but I prefer to observe than be right in the middle of the action. Like all puppies, I'll need an adopter who will commit the time, energy and resources into training and socializing me so that I'll grow up to be a well-balanced adult dog.
