Meet Ceasar. He was wandering a highway, aimlessly, for the last three days when a man finally decided he could no longer watch this dog suffer. So he loaded him into his truck and took him to a shelter.
Caesar is at least 40-50 pounds underweight. He was covered in ticks and had open sores on the pads of his feet from walking on hot pavement. He was extremely weak when he first came to the shelter almost a week ago but he is improving slightly.
We are looking for a foster home who is willing to help nurse this handsome gentleman back to health.
The shelter feels he is about 4 yrs old, despite the fact that he looks much older right now.
Please let us know if you might consider helping him as he would LOVE to get out of the shelter and into a home with some TLC
