Tinkerbell

Available for adoption in Lane or Douglas Counties of Oregon only. Approved application, home check, and adoption fee apply. Tinkerbell is very sweet but not a cuddle bug. She likes to lay beside you and she will let you know when she wants to be held by coming up to jump on your side. She loves her food and chewy stick, bones and tends to be protective of them. If living with another dog, she may benefit from a slow feeding or being fed separately. Tinkerbell loves to snuggle in blankets and sleeps in her bed all night long. Tinkerbell is blind in her left eye but still has good eyesight from her right eye. She does take eye drops and her foster will swaddle her in a blanket to put her eye ointment in. She is also on Vetmedin for a grade 3 heart murmur. At night the foster will hide her medication in a treat and she will eat it up. She puts the morning med in with her morning meal including Cosaquin and a vitamin. When she puts her eye med in I give her lots of love and she receives it willingly. She loves belly rubs along with head and ear scratches. She will follow her person everywhere. She runs out and barks if the other dogs in the home are barking but doesn't sit around and bark for no reason. She is a good little girl. She goes outside to potty but will also use potty pads when she can't get out.
