An urban legend says that Tinkerbell was modeled after Marilyn Monroe. I’m sure if Marilyn was reincarnated as a dog, she would be thrilled to be this cute Havanese. This little girl was also rescued at a dog auction where she was living in a puppy mill and would have stayed forever, breeding and producing puppies. But Tinkerbell is now free to be a pup and soon a wonderful addition to someone’s family. Would that be yours? Carmen is about 3 months old and is a very typical Havanese – non-shedding, hypoallergenic and born to be with people. She’s fostered near Detroit which is where her adoption will take place but she can live outside of Michigan. HALO’s adoption fee is $450 which includes the following: a well-puppy visit, all necessary age-appropriate vaccinations; rabies vaccination, heartworm test, bordatella shot, and brucellosis test. There will be a $150 spay deposit which is refunded when proof of this procedure is completed within a designated time.
