TOBY IS BEING FOSTERED IN TEXAS.
Toby is an 18 month old, black and tan male ESy dog. He's livin' large in Texas in the heart of black & tan ES country. Like any teenager, Toby has his moments (counter-surfing anyone?) Nevertheless, he's showing his willingness to learn new rules. His foster home is working on basic obedience skills which will serve Toby well in any environment. He walks well on a leash, is learning sit and down, and he's learning that counter-surfing is not allowed. Drat! Like most smart young males, he wants to please but that teenage brain sometimes has trouble remembering. The main thing that will help Toby mature and flourish will be to find that special someone he can cal his own.
