Triste entered the shelter on 04/30/2008. Triste seemed to be on her last leg when she came to us and so we made her comfortable for the weekend and thought we would see how she progessed. On Monday, after a quiet weekend, she seemed in better spirits and we found out that she was heartworm POSITIVE. We discussed her fate and decided to save her! She has such a gentle personality and is so very loving. She is brown/white in color and we are estimating that she is around 5 to 6 years old. She weighs appx 30 pounds, estimated DOB 05/05/2003. She has finished her treatments and is now awaiting the 30 day release. Please help us find her a home!
