Update from foster home: Trixie is the CUTEST little peanut... she looks like a miniature beagle. She loves everyone she meets, whether people or dogs! She will play hard and then just collapse for a nap. She is chock full of personality, and never stops wiggling or trying to give kisses.
She isn't housebroken, but we're working on it - she's a smart girl, it won't take her long. She is crate-trained though - she even sleeps through the night.
She's been outside a lot, and she enjoys running around and chewing everything she can find: sticks, roots, leaves, grass.. haha. She even went in the lake - she isn't a huge fan, but she was a good little swimmer. She doesn't mind being on a leash at all. She hasn't figured out the stairs yet - I've tried to convince her to take them, but she'll just put her paws on the bottom step and give me doe eyes! She's got eyes that'll get her whatever she wants. She rides well in the car - she usually just curls up for a nap or watches the scenery.
She did well in the tub and let me clip her nails and clean her ears without a fuss.
She LOVES food; she gets all excited even if she just ate. It's adorable.
She's basically a perfect little girl, and she will do very well in any home that will have her, whether it's a single person or a family, living in an apartment or house. =]
