Tucker

This gentle giant is one sweet boy. Tucker is approximately 2yrs old, and is what we believe to be a mix of Cane Corso Mastiff and America Bulldog – an interesting combination for sure. He is full grown at about 115 lbs, and approximately 34” tall.

He has a playful spirit, almost puppyish at times. He loves people, and gets along with dogs, although due to his size, he can be a little overbearing. Tucker walks fairly well on leash, although will pull if he gets his nose on the scent of a cat or a squirrel, and because of his prey drive, Tucker would not do well in a house with cat(s). He is fully crate and housetrained, and loves riding in the car – often sticking his head out the window so his droopy jowls can flap in the wind! He loves to cuddle, and if given a chance would love to get on your lap.

Tucker is starting obedience classes soon with his foster mom, and the class is transferable should he find his new home before they are over. Tucker doesn’t require a lot of exercise due to his size, but enjoys the water, playing fetch, and his walks throughout his current neighbourhood. He also loves to play with his doggie foster sister, and is quite something to watch when he gets a case of the “zoomies”. Tucker would do really well in a home with other dogs, as although he loves to play, he also understands down time.
