Turtle

Hi friends! My name is Turtle and I'm looking for a family to enjoy my golden years with. I'm around 9 years old and think there's many advantages to adopting a perfectly aged dog like me. For example, I'm fully potty trained and enjoy the simple things in life, such as snuggling and siestas on the couch in the afternoon. I also REALLY enjoy food time and have been told I make the most hilarious face while eagerly awaiting my dinner bowl. While I take a bit for me to warm up, once I do I'll be your shadow. I love my foster dad and snuggle up to him every night. My people are my favorite thing and I hate being separated from them. The good news is that I enjoy car rides and would love to ride along with my new family for errands and adventures. It would also be super fun if my family is up for short walks when the weather is nice outside. Turtle is 14 lbs and has a 6 out of 6 heart murmur. He takes medication for the heart murmur and his new family will need to be able to afford the 2 meds. However, he has no apparent symptoms and is just a sweet, easy pup! He is neutered, up to date on vaccines, and microchipped. A fenced yard is required to adopt Turtle (no underground fences).
