Willow is at least 10 years old, house broken, he does not go in his run. He was found wondering at the fairgrounds and the woman that found him placed ads in the paper for his owner but no one came to claim him. He is very overweight and needs a good diet. Also the haze over his eyes is just from the camera I asked Betty to verify that.
