WILBUR. Wilbur is a big, adorable, goofy puppy that is about 3 months old. He is thought to be about 3 months old. He and his brother Vern were dropped at an animal shelter, but we don't know what the reason was. We are thinking they are Hound and Shepherd mix, but also may have some Mastiff in them.
