This tall, lanky gent is at least 9 yrs. old with nerve degeneration in his lower spine. He was given up by his owners for snapping at their young child with no information of what might have occurred. He was on his way to a sanctuary out West but the trip would have been too hard on him.
He came to us with infected ears and underweight.
He's not happy having his ears treated but a cookie is a great distraction! He doesn't like humans getting in his face (perhaps his sight isn't 20/20 anymore). He seems to like other dogs and is not taking glucosamine/chondroitin supplementation for his aching back.
He has an easygoing personality and is best suited in an adult home where he can rest comfortably and be treated kindly.
