Poor Milton has had a hard life. We cannot for the life of us figure out why anyone would have discarded this little dog as he has such a wonderful, winning disposition (and, yes, he is "apartment sized at only about 25 pounds). Life is just a bowl of cherries to Milton, and you just can't help but smile when he's around. He gets along with every living thing, and is just looking for that special person to share their home with him.
