Can you believe that someone actually dumped this adorable Senior girl at a shelter to die? We couldn't believe it either, and we still can't. Ruthie is a Senior, probably about 8 - 9 years old, medium sized, and adorable. Ruthie gets along well with other pets. She would love to be "home" for the holidays. Ruthie is currently residing in a foster home.
